Disappeared confidence as gaining weight
I lost my self-confidence and my self-esteem has been lowered because of my appearance, which has changed as I gained weight, in the mirror unlike the past that I was slim. I was very conscious of people's eyes, and it was so hard to think that people would take a dim view of me. I tried lots of diets but it was not easy. So I chose Infinite-LAMS.
